We make the whole process easy from start to finish

You are about to make a considerable investment into your home. With The Regal Interiors team leading your project you will be in safe hands. Everything we undertake is centered on our customer’s wishes and requirements and it is little wonder that recommendation and word of mouth drive our business.

We manage design and install projects for customers who expect expertise, proactivity and great project management. Our reputation has grown substantially due to our dedicated and focused approach as well as our total attention to budgets, detail and timescales.


What you can expect at each stage of the process:

1. Free Initial Home Survey

You’ve been to our showroom and you have some ideas that you’d like to explore in more detail, so at this point we come out to see you and develop these ideas further. This ideas session is a vital part of the process. We listen and make recommendations to maximise your space, functionality and light, aiming to help you to make the right choices for your lifestyle and personality whilst working to your budget.

We also assess requirements for lighting, units, appliances and flooring options and carry out the basic measure.  Any building alteration works are also assessed at this stage and taken into account for when the project goes live onsite.

2. Great design and competitive quotations

Back at base we interpret everything we have learned from our visit to your home and our creative design team produces your scheme using the latest CAD design technology. We invite you back to view our designs on a large presentation screen in the showroom.

Our Sales Team is then ready to produce a detailed quotation for you to approve. Following acceptance of the costed design and confirmation of order we are ready to move to carry out a detailed survey.

3. Detailed Home Survey

Experience has taught us that this is the most important stage of all – spending time on the pre-works survey allows us to identify any potential problems that could arise and exactly what needs to be done to make ready. A detailed schedule of works is produced as everything happens in an order. We work hard to avoid call backs to site once the job starts.

4. Expert Project Management

We really believe that the quality of our Project Management is what differentiates us from many of our competitors. Unlike many companies we have our own Project Manager who take over from the design team as we move onto site. Your own dedicated PM will be your point of contact from then on.

It’s very easy to go off schedule if trades and deliveries are not coordinated properly – causing delays, frustration and the potential to miss the completion date. We manage the complete process for you including all building, plastering, heating, electrical, tiling, plumbing, installation, decorating and flooring requirements, working within the agreed timescales and with minimum upheaval to your daily lives.

Our fitters are registered tradesman and have been part of the team for over ten years.  They work alongside the Project Manager and take enormous pride in their work and in providing an excellent finish.

5. After Sales Service

We view After Sales Service as an integral part of our process.  The team at Regal Interiors pride themselves on all aspects of customer service - which is second to none - throughout the scope of the project.  Even if a problem arises once we leave site we resolve it quickly and without fuss.
